TVH 2 weeks post hysterectomy: feeling of low blood sugar all the time since surgery

I have posted before about feeling nauseous and dizzy since surgery but now ive noticed when i start doing something like go to grocery store or do something around the house its only a short while before i feel as though my blood sugar has dropped! I dont know if thats actually what is happening but thats how i would discribe the feeling! i just feel sick most of the time now! i was hypoglycemic before surgery and if i felt my sugar was dropping i would eat a little something and my sugar would go right back up and i would feel fine but with this feeling i get nauseous as well and it takes all i can do to eat something cuz of the nausea. when i do manage to get a little down it may help a little but i still keep the weak sick feeling! I have to lay down for awhile to feel better. The feeling actually scares me and i wish i knew if this was normal. Has anyone else had a problem anything like this? I havent done anything but light work around house and running up the road to grocery store. I have been real careful. I kept my ovaries by the way. I hope this isnt a sign that they quit working!
