Random Muscle Twitches

I had a DaVinci total hysterectomy on August 8, 2012. My recovery has been remarkable. I feel so much better overall. My gynecologist has not put me on any hrt so far. I go for 6 week post op appt. this Wednesday. I have been having random painless muscle twitches in various places all over my body. I am 45 years old. Does anyone have a similar experience? I searched the internet and concerned about what could be causing these twitches.

I get big twitches and what feels like electric shocks in different parts of my abdomen, particularly at night when I have been lying in one position for a few hours. They are not as strong as they were but I still have them. I have no idea what it is but I assumed it was repairing nerves firing off or something. Mine aren't painful just weird.

I am 45 My surgery was also Aug 8th and I had a total hysterectomy as well I have these twitches but only in my abdomen. I notice them mostly at night mine are brief spurts of pain or maybe not pain just a twitch. I also notice them during the day at various times it feels weird but mostly have them at night. I just figured its something trying to heal. I know my medical terminology lol but you are not alone! Hugs!!!
