Hysterectomy: February 22nd, 2002

Hi Browniz,

Thank you for your post a few days ago. I'm from Alamogordo, and travel occasionally to Santa Fe. Beautiful!

I was scared too. I even cried the morning of my surgery when they put my IV in. The nurse asked why and I honestly didn't know why. I had so many mixed feelings and thoughts. The first day is hard and to be honest I was miserable, but it was the anesthesia. It wears off eventually. You'll be just fine. Your fears are normal and they'll pass. Everyday gets a little easier.
