Bach ache

I know I have read that with a TAh it is normal to have back aches . I have been lucky to never have back aches before .If anyone is having back problems what are you doing to help it ? I am using a heating pad but looking for other ideas .

I think some of my back pains are due to sitting so much, and not walking straight. The ibuprofen usually helps to take care of the back pains, as well as surgical pains, but I use a heating pad when I first go to bed at night. I find laying flat helps to stretch out my back too. Sorry I am not of much help. Just wanted you to know you are not alone.

I was sleeping on my back with a pillow under my legs to sort of mimick a Hospital bed when I first came home to help with back pain.

Yeah a heating pad right when I lay down helps! I do not normally sleep on my back, but since the surgery I find it helps!

Thank you , I have been avoiding laying on my back I am going to start laying on my back more with pillows under my legs .I appreciate all the advise
