Swells belly and no more staples!!

It appeared I was so lucky it hadn't but today bam swelly belly! I had some running to do that I have been putting off so today I did it. Grocery shopping, bank, etc. Than had a dr. appt. Dr. noticed swelly belly and told me to slow down today was just extra busy for me.

On the plus side staples are out replaced by steri strips. It was awesome to take a real shower tonite! I didn't get a nap today and I'm wiped out.

Tomorrow is going to have some extra rest for sure and early to bed for me.

Ok I'm typing on I pad and it should say swelly dang auto correct!

your doc noticed your swelly belly? lol. jk. so, he did acknowledge that if you overdo it, that will cause swelling?
