over 2 yrs post-op and have tingle feeling...

In July 2010 I had robotic hysterectomy w/ mesh sling implant...well past the recovery stage now but have begun having tingling sensation in my lower abdomen. Feels just like the vibration a cell phone gives off but, of course, it's just my insides doing something I don't understand. There is no pain but just this fluttering quite frequent. Has anyone else experienced this? Don't know if I should contact my doc about it. Thanks

I know exactly the feeling. i have sometimes even checked my phone if it happens to be in a nearby pocket! I have experienced it - both before I had my hysterectomy and since. It just started pretty randomly. I have not had any investigation - I think it is just a bit of bowel activity . Maybe you feel it now, because your insides are a bit rearranged since surgery.

tks Zany56.....since this just started about a month ago, I almost didn't connect it with my surgery...lol Thought about a muscle spasm inside and I can see from other posts I've found going way back several years, it is a rather common occurrence. Appreciate your reply....
