flashes

I had a TH on week ago today and the last few days something weird has been happening. Around 4 I start to get hot and gradually my temp goes up to around 100(called md who said not to worry unless greater than 101)
I can have a pretty good day then like clockwork at that time I start to get hot ect. Temp is back to normal next am. I think these are flashes but is anyone having them like clockwork? It just seems weird that they have been the same time each day. Thanks for any input

I have not had anything like that, exactly. Before the doc put me on estrodial (?) every evening I would get warm, then end up with hot flashes by bedtime. But during the morning and daytime I was fine. I never actually checked my temp though.
