Problems 4 months post-hysterectomy

I had a complete hysterectomy 4 months ago. I had no bleeding afterwards. For the last few months I have been telling my doctor that I have some pain in my lower abdomen and it feels painful in the middle of my privates. When I pee, I get pain at the very end which feels better when I hold in my lower abdomen. Yesterday I felt more pain, almost like light cramping before a period. Then I noticed some light spotting after urinating. My doctor won't help because it is a weekend. I'm not sure if I should see my Gyno or the Urologist. Any advice?
