chronic pelvic pain

I was reading on this forum this morning and noticed a lot of us have chronic pelvic pain, with no real explination. Thought you all should know about vericous viens. There are viens that lead to the uterus, these viens have the potential to become vericous. Vericous means that the blood can only go one way through the vien--- there is no return. Usual viens have a "recycle" built in that sends the blood back to the heart. When blood is not returned the heart sends more and more to compensate. This causes enlarged vericous viens that pass (and often interupt) the intestines. The viens also can rub ovaries this too can be painful.

Because of the viens not returning blood the uterus becomes overful causing very heavy frequent periods.
I just learned about this myself becuase it is what I have. The back, leg, chronic lower belly ache sounds sooooo familliar. It is very hard to find info about this but I think it is called Pelvic Congestion Syndrome. If you type that in to a search you can find more info.

The article I read said that only about 12-15% of the women have this. But the ones that do have often ended up in psycological therapy because Dr.s couldn't find reason for their symptoms. Don't let this happen to you.
