Pain lower left abdomin

I'm having pain in the left lower abdomin since yesterday. Doctor advised doing exercises of lying down flat on the back and lifting up both the legs (starting with 5 and increasing to about 50 times) which I did. Wonder whether this pain is due to catch of muscle. I get excruciating pain when I bend or climb the stairs.
I have been sweating a lot since surgery. Are these menopausal hot flashes? I have both my ovaries removed.

I can't help you with the leg lifts, but that sounds like an awful lot if you are up to 50 lifts. Have you asked your Dr. about your pain bending and climbing stairs.

Hot flashes are usually associate with a big heat spike, feels like you are on fire. It sounds more like you are having night sweats, which is profuse sweating.
