Sore hips and thighs

I am 3 weeks post op today and feeling pretty good. For most of my recovery i have been pain free and med free. Some very light pink when wiping my bottom but I am assuming it is all part of the healing as i had my uterus, cervix and fallopian tubes removed.

Yesterday I had a sore left hip and this morning I woke up to having a sore right hip and somewhat done the side of the right thigh. Left hip seems a bit better from yesterday.

Im just wondering if anyone else has experienced this.

I am having the same problem with hip pain. I am wondering if it is from not walking much to walking more.

I am wondering the same thing. I have been walking around the house but I think with going out yesterday that walking was different if that makes any sense. Just curious because I have been quite lucky with experiencing very little pain. Thanks for the reply. Take care.

Week three and four I had hip, thigh, and calf pain. It seemed to come in conjunction with more regular movement. It faded gradually as I did more regular movement.
