Woke up with Cramps

I am starting on week three.Woke up with pretty severe cramps and what looks like the start of my period which I know isn't the case.Just spotting but strange.Also pretty bad pain above my incisions on my left side and pain in my left leg.Not sure if I slept weird or what.Anyone else have this happen.I know there are going to be aches and pains when healing.I just want to make sure that is what's going on.

I'm on day 11 and same exact thing happened to me this morning! Woke up to period like cramps and spotting/ discharge is more red/blood color (not the light pink that its been).
Figured I would watch it today and play it by ear.
I just want to know if its normal

If the cramps are severe please contact your doctor. Sometimes the spotting comes from overdoing things. If the spotting increases and you are soaking a pad an hour don't hesitate to get seen. You know your body best. Make sure to listen to it.
