Constipation, leg cramps, and..? Bananas!

There have been several strings in the last coupla weeks discussing the great properties of bananas, and I found this short article from Chicago Hospitals with lots of info. Just wanted to pass it on!

"Bananas contain three natural sugars (sucrose, fructose and glucose) and fiber; they give an instant,
sustained, and substantial boost of energy.

Research has proven that just two bananas provide
enough energy ....

Constipation, leg cramps, and..? Bananas!

Hi WudsWummNM,

I swear by bananas too!! I think it could be ~a banana a day instead of an apple a day~. I started eating bananas regularly in pre-op. My step-daughter suggested them for the leg cramps I was getting because of fibroid pressure. Really helped me out. Still eat them today.

Best wishes,
