Could I have a cyst?

Ladies, I need your help.

I am 5 months out from a TAH with extensive adhesion removal and bowel resection. Healing is slow but steady. Two weeks ago I began having symptoms of mid belly pain, as if someone is gently pushing a fist in my gut, and the strangest sensation of fluttering on the lower right side, where my ovary is. At the end of a meal my stomach area is sore, have to lay down, and within 15 minutes these strange contraction feelings start. They last for hours sometimes.

I went to the Dr. today, says it will take me a full year to recover and is hoping I am not getting adhesions again. Me too, but what do I do? She says everything feels normal, but as I sit here, this lower right soreness, spasms are driving me nuts. No sharp pains, just sore.
Have any of you had cysts with these symptoms?
What should I watch for if this is a cyst growing, can it be dangerous?

I would be thankful for any help.

Also, I had a GI workup before the TAH, and he saw only minor ulcerations, no other issues.

Your body has been through a lot, especially with the bowel resection. Your digestion may not be what it was or should be just yet. I would see a digestive health or gastro doctor if you continue to have problems. Muscles can flutter and spasm. Maybe everything needs time to heal. Sometimes it takes up to a year to heal from this surgery and the repairs.
