Going to the castle tomorrow!

I go in tomorrow morning at 6. I have a great support system with you guys online and my live famil and friends. I have people praying for me left and right. I am taking my bible with me and not as nervous as I was a week ago. Could be the support on here or it could be the diazepam my dr. gave me........LOL I just want it over. I am a little concerned since I have been smoking. Usually a very light smoker. But I am doing my bowel prep and can't eat so u know how that goes. The BP isn't that bad and I am getting ready to take my 2nd potion in a bout an hr. So I am running to the store.

Going to the castle tomorrow!

best wishes to you tomorrow jennice. i smoke too and i'm supposed to quit before next wednesday. its not looking good on my end!

the bowel prep doesn't scare me, i do them frequently with all of the scopes I have for my crohn's and tests and such. be glad we don't have to drink a gallon of barium - that is sometimes worse than cleansing your entire digestive system.

thinking of you -

Going to the castle tomorrow!

Jennice, I too had some very special people praying for me as I went into the operating room. Our pastor was with my DH and I just before I went in and I truly felt God's presence as I went in. My surgery was successful and I was overwhelmed with how well I felt soon afterward. I had the morphine pump but barely used it, was up and walking hours after the surgery and although I'm frustrated by not being able to do what I want now that I am home, I have no regrets.

My prayers are with you tomorrow. Just remember as you are wheeled into the operating room that you are not going in there alone.

God Bless,

Liz
