back at work

Today was my first day back to work....exactly 6 weeks to the day since my surgery, I work retail so the works not hard just busy, but going to do 4 hour days this week just to ease back in to it. Feels good to get back to some normal routine.....now getting this swelly belly under control...but hey like someone said before be proud of our battle scars they show us that we are strong, fighting women that do not give up..

The swelly belly thing was really bad my first two days back to work. We work 12 hour shifts and there is no such thing as going back part time, it's is all or nothing..... Last night was my third night back to work and I am happy to report that the swelly belly is not as bad as it was the first two nights... I will be 8 weeks tomorrow, so it really does get better...
