Exactly 7 weeks post hysterectomy...started spotting last night

Yesterday morning, I climbed a small ladder to get shoes from the top of my closet. I forgot how high up on the ladder I was and I just stepped down and kinda hit the floor hard (landed on my feet). Last night around 9:00 I started spotting...not bright red blood, just pink when I would wipe after peeing. I thought at first it could be from the bladder, but I waited a while, went back to the bathroom just to wipe and check things, and it was pink again. It never got any worse but it's still doing it this morning. Should I worry?

I know my doctor said if I had any bright red spotting to call her. You could have granulation issues.

If you've not had spotting up until now I would give your doctor a call and see what s/he says. It'll give you piece of mind.

I called them yesterday and told them what was going on. They said it was probably the stitches starting to come out or dissolve. Told me to keep an eye on it and if it became heavy or bright red to go into their office. But that hasn't happened, thankfully and this morning it has stopped.

It's good that you called and I'm glad that it has stopped
