Swelly belly for TLH?

I've been reading a lot about the swelly belly. Is this a symptom from TAHs or do TVH and TLHs get this too?

I had a TVH and only had a slight swelly belly for a very short time. It didn't really bother me. I was still able to wear my normal clothes, my jeans would just be a little snug at the end of the day.

As long as I've been reading around here, it doesn't really seem to matter what type of hysterectomy you have. Some of us get some degree of swelly belly and some don't and it's different for each of us.
