Abdominal pain and bloating 6 weeks after hysterectomy

Hi Everyone!

I am six weeks and one day out from surgery. It was done vaginally and I have left one ovary due to the fact that I have a blood clotting disorder and the doctor thought it would be best to keep producing my own estrogen.

I had some setbacks after surgery including major pain and 2 bouts of terrible constipation where one was followed by an entire day of diarrhea.

I finally started feeling better and eating and I went back to work 3 days ago and have been bloated and feel like I have terrible cramps on both my left and right sides since I came back to work (I sit at a desk for 8 hrs a day). I was wondering if anyone had experienced this or if anyone has any suggestions on how to stop the pain and bloating?
