having surgery

Well, went to my appointment today for a follow up appointment from when I had my D & C 2 weeks ago, and we're having a hysterectomy the 23rd of August. It might be tomorrow if there is a cancellation. I'm getting a little excited I think.

I'm still bleeding after the D & C, and now it's been 4 1/2 months with non stop bleeding. Can't believe, I'm getting my wish.

I will keep my ovaries.

I'm sorry you have been bleeding for so long and didn't get any relief from your D&C. I was so sick of bleeding I couldn't wait to get it over with! I just wanted to wish you the very best!

Your attitude is WONDERFUL Keep it up! The discomfort you have been coping with for all this time will make the recovery process feel like a breeze. I was amazed at the comparison between how many years I suffered vs. the short 'inconvenience' from the surgery.
