Stopped up!

I had my hysterectomy on Thursday. I am also having a hard time going. Called my MD today, I was taking the stool softeners too, and nothing. He had me go get "Senokot" its a laxative, and lots of fresh fruit and lots and lots of water. I took it at 1245 this afternoon, haven't gone yet, but maybe you could try it too. Summer

I've been drinking lots of water. Mom brought by a bunch of fruit today and some yogurt (yoplait whipped which is the onky kind I'll eat) I really think that's why I'm feeling so horrible, I've been eating well.. had an appetite since the night of surgery. That's probably not helping either, everything going in but nothing coming out.. ugh.. I'll keep it up and see how it goes

This is what I did & it does really help. I only had to use it to get going the 1st time. I did use a stool softener (2) a day to keep it soft!
