Puffy feeling

I’m 5 weeks and I had lunch with some friends and went to the mall. I bought a couple of shirts but it wasn’t heavy. (I thought I should get my son some school clothes.) Now I’m worn out and feeling puffy in my vagina area or a feeling like something is there. AUGH! I can’t believe it since I’ve been so careful. Is that normal… although I don’t think normal will ever exists again?

You most likely over did it. I am glad you feel okay but your body still needs time to heal. And the puffiness is your body telling you that.

You're right - normal will not be "normal" again. We will have a "new" normal. And hopefully it will be a better normal than normal was before.

I to am five weeks and thought to go to a afternoon movie cause i was bored bored bored, then had a bite to eat, got home and had to go lay down, i also had a little pain down there, makes you wonder how going back to work will feel.

Yeah, it's hard to believe that 2 weeks will make a difference and back to the grind of work. I know the bored bored bored. There is so much home I can take.
