1-week post-op need non-narcotic

I am needing advice on what to use for pain (i must be a whimp).
I want to go off the percoset because of the constipation. The doc already has me on 600 mg ibuprofen round the clock for inflamation.... any suggestions out there for GOOD pain relief?
