Can I have a cyst after full hysterectomy

I had a vomplete hysterectomy in 2002 after endometriosis and 2 very large cysts on both ovaries...in 2014 i had my second lapro to remove more endometriosis that is growing on my pelvic wall and adhesions that have attached to my bowel. For the past 5 months ive had severe pain more than the usual endo pain.. i feel almost as bad as i did with the cysts. Sometimes doubling over in pain. They did a ct scan to check my intestines and bowel and all is ok.. now my gyno says he ran a test and my body is producing hormones.. i have no uterus.. no ovaries no anything and do not nor have i ever taken HRT so how is this possible? I feel so hopeless and tired of the pain!!! Could i have a cyst? And if so on what. The pain feels like the cyst i had sooo many uears ago. But im just guessing. It may just be more severe endo pain. And if i could have a cyst how could they find it? Sono? Any advise would help. Has anyone else had endo so badly so many years after full hysterectomy

Cysts grow on ovaries, so it's unlikely you have a cyst if you have had both ovaries removed. However, it's possible that you have ovarian remnant syndrome. It's also possible you have endo/adhesions that are causing problems again. Endo can return even after your reproductive system is removed. Also, scar tissue from past surgeries/endo can also cause pain problems. Given your history of endo, I would recommend that you visit an endo specialist if you haven't already. There's a list of doctors on the main endo forum page who specialize in endo (and pelvic pain more generally).
