Hysterectomy: January 21st, 2011

Surgery Type: TAH

Ovaries: Removed both

Incisional hernia surgery

I had a TAH in January 2011 followed by 8 cycles of chemo. This spring my ct scan showed a hernia. I had surgery to repair it on Tuesday. Dr found two or three smaller ones too. I'm still in a lot pain and terrified of pulling these latest stitches. Have any of you had the hernia repair? How long we're you in pain from it? Any tips to help me cope? Thanks.
