TAH 4weeks post op and having pressure to pee/rectal

I have been healing beautifully and not really had any problems before today. Today, I started to have this vaginal pressure. I feel like I need to pee all the time and a little bit of rectal pressure. The pain seems to intensify when I lay down. I have had two BM's today. There is no pain in urination. I have been drinking water. Any idea what this may be? It just came out of no where.

I have a call into Dr. but waiting on a response.

If symptoms get worse I would get a culture to check for uti. I had uti symptoms on and off for weeks but no uti. Am not sure why this was but my guesses are mild injury from surgery, or lower estrogen. I hope this uncomfortable feeling goes away for you.
