TVH Is it a yeast infection or itchy stitches?

I was prone to yeast infections before my surgery and have a filled script of diflucan in my medicine drawer. My question is for the past couple of days I feel some itchiness inside (sorry TMI) but I do not have any yeast like discharge. It is hard to tell because sometimes I could feel an infection beginning before the discharge begins. I am not sure if I have a stitch on the inside like where you would have an episiotomy( I do not see one) but it is definitely tender down there and I am 3 weeks post op. Could the itchiness be from healing stitches? Considered taking a diflucan pill but if I do not have an infection will it mess me up? Also, does anyone know if you get an episiotomy like stitch on the inside with a TVH. Thanks for any help.

I had a TAH so I know I have a stitch there or two. It seems like when I move or bend to stand up I feel this burning sensation. Not sureif it is sstitches or what and it feels like a yeast infection. Burning with urination some so dr gave me antibiotics. ..dr said its not yeast. But it feels just like one! But like you said no discharge so it is odd.
