It's Been 10 months and no improvements

I had my partial hysterectomy due to years of pain and bleeding caused by the simplest joys of life playing w/ my kids or just shopping . lol.
May 1 08 i had my uterus removed and im still in pain and bleeding . i refuse to go back to the doctor who did the surgery .I saw a new doctor and her helper . the helper could not believe the 1st doctor didnt remove all of it (cervix & uterus) .I have massive cyst growth that lands me on the couch for days .So i got to see the new doctor "lady" i thought a lady would care NOT she told me there was nothing she could do and wanted to send me to a pain specalist . i told them no i need to find a doctor to fix this, to fix me .
So this wednesday im going to a huge hospital down south of me for help 2 hrs away.
I just needed to vent , the whole thing just gets me down .
Here i thought i was going to be fix i was going to have my life back .feel like ive been slapped in the face evday . I I find someone .

goodness, it sounds like you have been through so much. I will pray that you find a Dr. that can help you with your pain!! Good luck!

My prayers are with you. I can't believe they did that to you...that's medical malpractice. You should definitely do something about that. I have just had my supracervical hysterectomy last Tuesday and when I saw your post it scared me. Please keep us updated.

You poor dear!! I will pray for you! Don't ever let anyone tell you there is nothing they can do. There are many doctors out there; you keep going until you find a doctor who will listen to you and help you.

He could not believe how my 1st doctor didnt remove evthing and how the lady doc blew me off .
April 7th hes going to remove it all except 1 ovaria (if in good shape). Ill be home the same day.
I do have my step mom comeing to help me .4 boys from 1-11 yrs old ill need a lil .
I sat there in the office crying .i wanted to slap myself to see if i was really here or just dreaming . But Thank yous .
I have called a lawyer or 2 . my hub & i paided out of the nose the 1st time .
Im just praying that this will help me once and for all.

Just updating , Its been a yr today to my 1st par hyst and its been very hard .I found the doc down in hershey to fix me and my ins wouldnt aprove it ,so they referred me to a diff doc and w/ little faith i saw him and to my amazement hes going to help me . May 13 hes doing a ultrasound to see whats left and then we'll schudule the operation from then , to remove the cervix,rest of uterus & a ovaria.
Im so excited to know that im going to get my life back !
