Has ANYONE felt this AT ALL?

Ok Ladies, I'm at 12 weeks post-op. Got a new boyfriend 4 weeks ago..
Orgasms have been absolutely mind blowing. However, I think from my stomach muscles flexing and contracting so much, I may have torn something! My left side (where they removed Uterus, Left tube and Ovary) Gets VERY tender after I've been on my feet for more than an hour or so. Belly button scar area, locally, is very tender too. I havent had sex since Monday, and DID take a course of antibiotics for topical infection a month ago. What Gives? Has ANYONE felt this AT ALL? I feel this isn't normal!
