bleeding after 9 days in post op

Okay - now what?? Why am I bleeding after 9 days. Yesterday it was a brownish discharge, today regular looking blood to me. Only 9 days into post op - not feeling right for 2 days now - Any ideas as to what may be going on????

I know it is freaky to see the blood, but don't get too worried. The brownish stuff is old blood just working its way out of the vagina. It is totally normal. There can be other bleeding too and still be normal. This can last from several days to several weeks.
When the stitches start dissolving it isn't uncommon to see some spotting.
A lot of this depends on how much blood there is. As long as it's only spotting you are probably alright. At the same time, your body does give out signals if you do too much and the spotting can be one of them, especially if you feel pain at the same time.
I wonder what you mean by not feeling right for the last couple of days?
If it is more than spotting and you're feeling uncomfortable about it,please don't hesitate to call your dr. That's what they're there for and then you will know for sure that you haven't hurt yourself.
