Almost 7wks post op--?'s

Ok--i have been very fortunate with recovery until today. I don't know if I pulled something or what this pain is but I'm getting concerned. I have a burning pinching pain from one side of my incision to the other. Would this just be the muscles still healing or what?? Its crampy feeling and feels almost like I'm back at week one??? Any help is greatly appreciated!
