Yep, very normal - and it lasts a bit, so be patient with your recovery. I swear by the belly binder -- I don't think I could be so active or lay on my side with out it. Still wearing it at 6 weeks

Thanks so much ladies for sharing ur experience with me. It helps a lot to know I'm not alone. Somehow its comforting and I wish all of us a speedy and complcation free recovery.

I'm definitely calling around about the binder, this morning my back was very sore.

I started wearing a binder yesterday morning and I am so happy I did. It definitely makes a difference. I feel so secure and I can get around much better, sleep much better, can lay on my side much better, it actually helps being in any position much better. In addition, HysterSister carries binders in their store. It is without a doubt worth it! :-)
