light bleeding 9 wks post op

Started some light bleeding last night after intimacy. We resumed this 3 weeks ago and I have had no spotting at all until last night. Went for 8 wk check up last week and doc said I still had a stitch or two he couldn't remove. He applied some silver nitrate. Not sure if I should call him or give it another day. Me & dh are going out of town this weekend, and I'd hate to have problems then. Suggestions?

since you resumed intimacy 3 weeks ago and had no spotting and you went last week to your doctor and said you still had stitches, I would think it might be those stitches but since you are leaving this weekend it wouldnt hurt to give your doctor a quick call to make sure....
