What I took in my day surgery bag

So, my surgery was a day surgery, so I didn't need a overnight bag, but I did pack items for just in case.
My biggest and best friend in my bag was vasalene, the inside of my nose was so dry from the oxygen, put a little in your nose, and it makes it so much better.
Loose clothing for going home in!! And slip on shoes!! I didn't even put my bra back on lol!
Do you have a long ride home?? Small pillow for tummy and blankets, I was freezing!! And if you managed to pee at hospital, make sure you have something to pee in on the road! I had an hour and a half ride home had to stop once and pee, used my kids old training potty!
Again I was only in for the day, so I didn't need alot!
