patience is a virtue, right????

4/5 was my surgery date. I remember the doctor and nurse warning me about being tired, but my goodness -it's kind of discouraging. Three things I' m mildly concerned about - the dratted stitches sticking out, the exhaustion, and the slight but constant bleeding.
All in good time, right? (Honestly that mantra worked for the first 2 weeks, now I want an ETA )

I know, I know, Springtime. Even at over five weeks out from surgery, the exhaustion and not feeling "normal" gets discouraging. But take it day by day - hour by hour if you have to. You CAN do this. Don't think of it as an ETA but rather that each week you will see improvement...some days you will feel good; then you may have a couple days of feeling crappy...but you will eventually have more days that you feel good. Eventually you will see that you accomplished this or that - which you may not have been able to do since before your surgery. I know it's hard to be patient - but hang in there, kiddo. It will come!

I know how you feel. I am the same way. All the same issues also. In time I guess in time.
