Trocar Site Hernia after LSH

I had a LSH on Aug 3 and am still having a lot of pain. A different doctor finally ordered a CT scan last week and they found a Trocar site hernia. If I understand correctly, that is a hole where the instrument went in. Does anyone know if this is common and can cause pain? Does it require more surgery? The doctor who ordered it is consulting now with the GYN.

They also found a thickened vaginal cuff? I only had my Uterus removed...
