LSH: Hysterectomy changed from abdominal to laparoscopic

Just came from pre op appointment. My tah has been switched to lsh.
This is good I guess, was worried though that he had no memory of telling me I was going to have tah. The girls in the office knew because I had to wait while they switched all the paperwork.
Don't know what to think. :/

This may indeed be good news. The pros are you're keeping your cervix and your surgery will be less invasive. Did they give you an explanation? If not, I suggest calling the surgeon's office and asking to speak with him. It's important to know what will be done and why

Yes. He explained everything to me. This is the procedure he wants to do. But ultimately it was my choice. I chose to follow his recommendation.
