TVH Loose stools? (sorry for icky factor)

I am 2 days post-op, and I've suffered from no constipation. I've had 3 BMs, and they've all been very loose. Pre-hysterectomy, my digestive system was messed up anyway. I'd get loose stools from stress or anxiety. My sister joked that maybe the pain meds and surgery sludge would make me "normal."

I have my check-up in 2 weeks. I'm not feeling dehydrated, and I am not having excessive BMs, so I'm not worried. I'll talk to the doctor then, unless I start feeling miserable. Is anyone else dealing with this? Or am I looking a gift horse in the mouth?

Are you on antibiotics? I'm on some pretty strong ones that have made my bms very loose. I've always had stomach issues too, all my emotions and stress goes straight to my stomach too.

The only antibiotics were whatever they pumped into me before the surgery. I'll give it a couple days, then call the doctor. Maybe it's because of all the water I drank in the castle. I think I drank more water there than I did the rest of the month at home.

The pain meds could be adding to the digestive problems you already had.
