9 weeks post op....belly and incision sore again...

Hmmmm, I am 9 weeks post op and today my belly and incision have become more tender and the sides of my incision are stinging....

Nothing seems hot to the touch, or red, no discharge of any kind, no fever....

I did get stung by a fire ant today, on my foot and since I am allergic i have been taking benedryl every 4 hours for that....but i doubt that has anything to do with my belly being more tender...

I am at 7 weeks and have been feeling the same thing. I was having trouble thinking of how to desribe it but you got it. It stings at the ends of the incision and all day yesterday my belly hurt so badly I nearly went in to the ER. Today the belly feels less painful but that stinging sensation is still there

thankfully it is not terrible pain, but good grief, i feel like I have gone back to about week 6....sigh...guess i will just see how it is tomorrow....

I know.....I thought I was getting better but this seems like a huge step backwards

guess it is just part of the process...

I'm right there with you...I'm at 8 1/2 weeks and the pain still comes and goes. It's been worse this week, I think I overdid it last weekend.
Hang in there! It's frustrating, I know...
