Warning: long post....am I crazy?

Very excellent advice..from all of you .. I really could not add any more because you have all done well... I can only add that i would just imagine my doctor and think about him as a brother. A kind , courageous, and curing friend , and someone who i will have to let go on because he needs to help so many more women like me.. and be happy I was able to have him help me..
