Re: Just need some support

I am four days post op and am living proof the surgery is survivable! LOL! Don't worry. I had DaVinci TH and have some minor pain but certainly nothing unmanageable. The hardest thing now is to lay low and not overdo. Regardless, do your homework on your surgeon/gynegologist and hospital. One of the things I loved about my physician is that her nurse is available to you for phone calls before and after surgery. When my surgery was scheduled I was given a business card with a phone number for the nurse. I did have several questions and found that when I left a message I was called back with a reply the same day. She also handled the FML paperwork. It felt great having that "inside" number that was just for surgery patients.
