dVH/RALH Vagina.....ouch

This might be some TMI. I'm almost 2 weeks post op and I think I've been doing ok. Always lots of aches and pains at night. I haven't had a drop of blood since 2 days after surgery. What I have had the past 2 days is sharp pain in my vagina. It feels like someone is stabbing me inside....all I can say is OUCH!!! Anyone else have the same problem? No bleeding, just pain.

Same day as you, I haven't had that pain. I feel full in there, like maybe it's swollen, but no pain. All the pain is abdominal. No bleeding here, either.

I had sharp, stabbing gas pains...obviously not in my vagina, but in my rectum. And yes, they felt like someone had something sharp up there. I hope that you get some answers.

I had that feeling last night. I told my hubby it felt like something was gonna fall out lol. It's the worst feeling though, the stabbing pain.
How are you feeling otherwise? I still get so exhausted. At around 8pm the pain starts and I have to take a Vicodin. I sure do hope it starts getting better.

My surgery was November 27. Davinci assisted vaginal hysterectomy. I get those stabbing pains especially when I overdo things. At my 3 week check I asked my doctor about the pains. He indicated that they are common and part of healing. Wednesday I go for my 6 week check. I am going to ask how long these last. They stop you dead in your tracks and take your breath away. I will update after I chat with doctor.

Thanks slickukennen!! Yes they do stop me dead in my tracks. Really they hurt so bad. Hopefully it gets better. Hope your appointment goes well
