what is this crampy feeling?

Okay.....im 3 weeks out from a TAH and have been spot bleeding for 2 weeks. Doc said no worries cause its light. I have a vaginal cuff. i did have a yeast infection from antibiotics i got at hospital that i treated. What the heck is this crampiness near my bladder? i dont have burning or fever or anything....but i get off and on...esp after walking alot. its like pms cramps. anyone else get? and my tummy is tender too near my incision. I feel like i have to sit alot....

I too had the cramping as soon as they woke me up!! I thought. "Why am I cramping and I have no uterus?"
The cath. caused alot of problems and at about 2 weeks out when I would cough I would wet myself, I had a 2 week visit and Doc put me on more antibotics due to a bladder infection which i hear is just a given when you have to have a cathader. (I had leviquin before ,during and 5 days after and still needed it 2 weeks later!)
I am 5 weeks in and somtimes still have that pain.I started taking cranberry pills as well and it did seem to help a bit
Talk with your doctor and don't over do it!!

I was feeling crampy all day today! I didn't know what it was it felt like period cramps. Now I'm wondering if it could be from constipation , because I finally felt the urge to go this evening and had a heck of a time with it, but I felt better afterwards ?
