Hi
Can anyone help two weeks and two days after op I am getting on OK although a little surprised how debilitated I am. Anyway last night I had a huge nosebleed in my sleep, it woke me up, I have never experienced anything like it before is it related to the op or a coincidence
Thanks sue

nose bleed

How ironic....I also had a nose bleed last night while washing up before going to bed. I am 10 weeks post op from my hyst and 3 weeks post op from foot surgery. I never get nose bleeds and wondered why I got one. I thought it may be related to my recent foot surgery, or the fact that I take 325 mg of aspirin daily for my Raynaud's. Very strange.

nose bleed

I had a nose bleed in the morning for about 2 weeks after surgery. I mentioned it to the nurse before I left the hospital. She thought it was where I had had a tube in my nose & clots letting go. It stopped when I did the procedure for nose bleeds so I never called the doctor & it did go away.

nose bleed

Funny that you mentioned it. I had a nose bleed in my sleep at almost about 2 1/2 weeks also. I never get nose bleeds. My husband thought that it may be due to the ibuprofen that I've been taking. I did have oxygen at the hospital for about a day also.
