11 weeks post hysterectomy: Spotting after first post-op sexual experience

I am 11 weeks post-op from TLH. My doctor released me yesterday, when my husband and I had sex last night I had small amount of blood with orgasm and some spotting today. My doctors office is closed for the weekend, not sure if I should be concerned or if this is normal.

How have you been doing since you posted this? Are you still spotting, have you checked in with your doctor? It isn't unusual to have some spotting when resuming sex. I would suggest waiting a week or two before having intercourse again. Hope you're doing well.
