put a pillow wedged on the side and turn slowly until youre on your side. also place a pillow on your back for support. I was able to turn on my side by day 5...just ease slowly into it.

I'm slightly more comfortable now, but still feeling heavy when i move, the hot water bottle lesson taught e to take more care that's for sure lol

Huh, I guess I have been SO LUCKY! As a stomach sleeper, all of my life, I can remember going home 8 hours after the birth of my 1st child, and being SO HAPPY that I Finally got to sleep on my stomach again! :-)
After a c-section for the 2nd child, no problems sleeping on my stomach, after the TAH, no problems sleeping on my stomach...I guess I just HAVE TOO! Pain...or Sleep....Sleep wins every time!
