That's not so bad. I am going this weekend to buy stuff for my hospital stay and post op. I think we are also going to the movies and maybe try out a new cafe we saw. Something to make the time go by.

Annessa, what time is your surgery on the 27th? Mine is at 1:00 pm.

Just wanted to chime in too 21 more days.

Me and hubby are going to go out to eat this weekend.

As far as my pre op stuff. I have two phone calls to wait for within 4 days of my surgery. First the hospital is going to call me around 4 days before to register me. I notice some people go to the hospital for this which I'd rather do instead of waiting for a phone call not knowing what time they are going to call.

Then within 3 days of the surgery a nurse is supposed to call me and go over my medical history and give me instructions for the day of surgery.

I'll be happy when all of my pre op is all done and I'm just all set to go to the castle.

It's 12:02 here in Illinois!

I just wanted to be the first to continue the countdown!

Hey no fair, I am on the west coast....

I am only 6 days behind you so 26 here now WOO HOO

After the weekend we'll be at 17 and Shellbear you'll be at 23. I keep thinking next Monday it will only be 1 week from my pre op and then the surgery is the week after that. I don't think I've ever counted anything down like this in my life so anxiously before.

Yeah as far as the thread getting broken up I thought the posts were being deleted but then noticed what was really happening.

Annette, I don't know if you noticed, but I did answer your question about the time of my surgery. It's at 7:30 AM. That was one of the posts that got moved....it is now at "nervous about possible cancellation"
