hey! I'm march 7 as well. still have a cold and cough ... waiting to hear back from doctor to see what he thinks about this cold. I really think this might be allergies ... will keep you updated!

I have just started to completely panic. I know I have to go through with this, but am finding myself feeling very conflicted.

To make things worse I have been coming down with a cold. I keep taking Airborne and wishing it away. Of course the whole family has been sick so I was bound to get it. I can't change this surgery date. I don't think I would have the courage to reschedule (not to mention all the effort it took to arrange things at work, childcare, etc.).

After 2 1/2 years of hell including three laparoscopies, 2 1/2 weeks+ spent in the hospital, the pain, almost weekly doctors visits... you think I would be eager to get this over with. I am just feeling this is a loss.

Less than 48 hours until LAVH. Get to start the bowel prep in the morning- yeah!

Gigi!! I'm freaking out as well. I actually just got back from my PCP and my "cold" turned out to be seasonal allergies. I'm on allegra D and I feel tons better. Hugs to you!

I've made it safely to the hotel in Maine near where my surgery will be (had to travel 2 hours from Massachusetts). Now I'm gagging down my bowel prep. Absolutely awful!!! I'd rather be having the surgery than drinking this stuff. At least it's distracting me from being nervous.
