two weeks post op, feel bad again

It has been two weeks today since my LAVH/LSO. Had been feeling pretty good except for the pain and gas the first few days. I even had a couple of days where I felt pretty normal. Some tenderness on the right side where the lap went in but nothing major. Then four days ago I started waking every morning with a headache and two days ago the gas pains started. It is just as bad now as when I first got home. The pain from the gas woke me up at 3:30 this am. Gas X does not work. I have no appitite and am not really constipated. Just feel yucky. Am going to go now and lay on the couch. I am soooooo tired today. Post op visit is tomorrow so I will be asking about this.

two weeks post op, feel bad again

well today almost three weeks post op, i am now realizing that I am rubbing my stomach in the middle of night. last night i woke up clutching my stomach and thinking that someone took my baby. my husband and everyone else thinks that i am not dealing with this like i should. my husband and i have no children and we are talking adoption. i am having trouble realizing who i am now. bearing children was all i ever dreamed of and being married having a career. now i am preparing to go back to work next month in new orleans. who am i now that i can't bear children and why do i feel like someone took my child away. i find myself feeling angry then crying, but not just crying and letting the hurt come out. at this moment i just feel numb. does anyone know if this is normal?
