3-1/2 weeks to go. Any advice on horrible cramps?

I'm having laproscopic surgery in 3 1/2 weeks.

Mother Nature hates me. I have started bleeding very heavy this morning with bad cramps. My doctor gave me Mobic to use, but it doesn't help. I am currently using a heating pad to try to help. I've tried a warm shower. Horrible.

I have a feeling this is going to be a miserable 3-1/2 weeks.

How do you get rid of horrible cramps beside Mobic and a heating pad?

Anyone know why I can't use tampons without them being pushed back out of me?

I cannot wait until 3 weeks from now. I won't miss this uterus at all.

If you are going through one pad every hour, call your GYN. She/he may put you on progesterone to lighten or stop the bleeding (that's what happened to me.) It didn't stop my bleeding but it did make it (and the cramps) manageable.
